On the week of July 15, 2024, the youth of Luther Memorial Church had the opportunity and privilege to gather, serve, and worship with other 16,000 other youth from around the country who are all part of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America!

During the time they spent in New Orleans, they were reminded that God calls them and all of us that we are Created to Be Brave, Authentic, Free, and Disruptive Disciples of Jesus Christ.  We met fellow young Lutherans from all over the United States and served the community of New Orleans through service projects.  We spent time worshipping together each night at the mass gathering, and heard stories from other young people who have embraced their calls to be disciples of Christ and have made the world a better place!
